Nurses are good, but too much sitting around when waiting to be discharged.
Nearly everybody was lovely.
Plenty of staff who were all very caring.
One criticism - I was asked to leave my urine in a bowl, uncovered, on the floor in the toilet at approximately 3pm. It was still where I left it (much have evaporated) at 7.30am the following day.
It was all extremely good.
The attention and care taken, from a number of separate staff - not just one was notable. The smiles were good. The quickness, efficiency and organisation in terms of knowing who and when were having procedures alleviated any unneeded discomfort in the form of needless waiting. The free food. A fantastic experience. All things considered.
The nurses are very attentive and work hard.
The food is excellent.
And it is a quite & peaceful place.
A little bit more attentive as I buzzed 3/4 times to go too. Asked about iron level on my blood results no-one came back to me. A little bit more information of stages to go through.
The staff are very caring and hard working and to there job very well. Just feel the toilet holder needs to be checked more, so is full at or has toilet paper in at all times. and also the hand paper dispenser too. The food was probably best I've had in hospital, but a bit dry at time, could do with more gravy or souse. The salad was lovely and very crispy the iceberg lettuce.
